SaskTel fosters a supportive work culture. All of our leadership participates in training programs designed to build strong management, coaching, and leadership skills. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, to raise issues, and to be unique.
SaskTel is renowned for the considerable volunteer hours its employees donate to numerous charitable organizations across the province. The SaskTel Pioneers is an employee volunteer group specifically designed to enable employees and superannuates to support community groups and help those in need. SaskTel also sponsors local groups and events to promote and enhance our strong community.
Supportive work environment
SaskTel supports unique employee forums such the SaskTel Aboriginal Employee Network (SAEN), where employees can share ideas and foster mutual understanding and respect. Through our SaskTel International arm, employees have the opportunity to work overseas and explore new cultures while developing their expertise.
