Factors to consider that may affect your internet connection speed:
- A High Speed Internet customer who also has Max TV service,
- Peer-to-peer sharing,
- Online gaming,
- multiple computers sharing one High Speed Internet connection,
- loading unnecessary/unwanted software (Spyware etc.) on your computer.
