SaskTel ranks highest in customer satisfaction
Saskatchewan's happiest customers have spoken again!
SaskTel has received the highest score among Full-Service Wireless providers (including Telus, Rogers, Bell and MTS) in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Canadian Wireless Customer Satisfaction StudySM.
The study looked at seven factors which included network quality, offerings and promotions, and customer service. SaskTel scored the highest in almost every factor and the study cited our customer service as a strong point, noting particularly high scores for handling customer service calls.

SaskTel received the highest numerical score among full-service wireless service providers in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Canadian Wireless Customer Satisfaction StudySM. Study based on 14,000 total consumer responses measuring 9 full-service providers and measures opinions of consumers with their wireless service providers.
