Note: The above process is at a general high-level overview only. There may be numerous other steps (or pre-requisites) in a SaskTel procurement process which are unique to each opportunity. Such process steps would be fully identified in the procurement opportunity documentation that would be made available to suppliers participating in the event. Please ensure that ALL information contained in your supplier profile questionnaire (SPQ) remains current as this information is frequently utilized by SaskTel buyers during the procurement process.
Upon initial entry into the SaskTel Procurement Portal, all suppliers will be required to complete a Supplier Profile Questionnaire (SPQ).
Suppliers are encouraged to ensure their SPQ remains up-to-date as SaskTel Buyers frequently review supplier information contained within the SPQ with respect to future/pending SaskTel Procurement Opportunities.
Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) has a Code of Business Conduct to which all employees, on-site contractors and agents of SaskTel must adhere. SaskTel Suppliers will act with honesty, integrity and respect in all interactions with SaskTel employees and customers while protecting the security of confidential, personal and private information, as well as the assets, of SaskTel, its employees and its customers.
Suppliers are expected to review the content of the Code of Business Conduct annually with all staff involved in SaskTel business. A copy of the Code of Conduct will be provided after a contract is awarded.
