It’s full-speed ahead for Unlimited Wireless Data Subscribers in Saskatchewan with Speed Restore from SaskTel

December 5, 2019

SaskTel today announced the launch of Speed Restore, a helpful new service add-on that allows unlimited wireless data subscribers to increase the amount of data they can enjoy at full-speed. Speed Restore is available in two different packages for customers to choose from, 3 GB of data for $5 or 10 GB for $15.

SaskTel customers who subscribe to an eligible unlimited wireless data plan can conveniently add either package to their account at any point during their monthly billing cycle through the mySaskTel website or application.

“Our customers have been able to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with an unlimited wireless data plan for over 10 years and while other wireless providers are just beginning to offer similar plans, we’ve been busy making ours even better,” said Doug Burnett, SaskTel President and CEO. “With the addition of Speed Restore to our comprehensive suite of service add-ons, we’re ensuring that Saskatchewan remains one of, if not the best province in Canada to own a cell phone.”

SaskTel customers currently have three unlimited wireless plans to choose from: Total 5, Total 15 and Total 30, with monthly data allotments ranging from 5GB to 30GB. While each plan offers unlimited data, both upload and download speeds are reduced if a customer uses up their entire monthly allotment.
