By completing this form, I agree with the following terms:

Developers and home owners can apply for materials to be used at their project work sites. If any other person is applying for material pursuant to this promotion on behalf of a developer or home owner, that person is representing to SaskTel that they have been authorized by the developer or home owner to do so and also authorized to share the builder’s or home owner’s building design plans with SaskTel. Any communication by SaskTel regarding such matters as recommended project wiring design changes for a developer’s or home owner’s project will be only with the developer or home owner or their authorized agent only. SaskTel will not be communicating with all the multiple parties that may be involved in a particular project for which SaskTel supplied materials are sought pursuant to this promotion.

It is the developer or home owner and their contractor’s responsibility to ensure all materials received from SaskTel pursuant to this promotion are used and installed in compliance with all laws and standards, including applicable local building and electrical codes.

By completing this form, I agree that SaskTel may conduct a random inspection of the project site where the materials supplied by SaskTel pursuant to this promotion are used. Any such inspection is to ensure that SaskTel supplied materials are used at the addresses specified in this Application and that such materials will be available to be used by SaskTel for providing SaskTel products and services to the developer’s or home owner’s building constructed at the project site.

All materials received from SaskTel will be the property of the developer or home owner receiving such materials. By accepting the materials, the developer or home owner agrees to provide SaskTel with access to the installed materials and the development or home where they are installed for the purpose of maintenance of such materials and the use of such materials by SaskTel to provide SaskTel services to the development or home. These materials are to be used for SaskTel services only. SaskTel is responsible for the repair of any damage caused to a development or home caused by SaskTel during any SaskTel maintenance or use of such materials.
