IBC with Webex Set up instructions

Step 1: Click the link on the e-mail that you should have received to activate your IBC with Webex account. This will be bring you to the following screen:

Step 2: Enter your IBC User ID and Password, and then click Submit.

This will bring you to the following screen:

Step 3: Enter your e-mail address and click submit.

This will bring you to the following screen:

Step 4: Check your e-mail and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Step 5: Click "Join Now" in your e-mail.

You will be presented with the following screen after clicking submit.

Next you will be presented with the following screen:

Step 6:

Click the relevant download link based on your device to download the Webex app onto your device. 

Click and run the downloaded file to install the Webex app on your system.

Follow the instructions on the set-up wizard to finish your Webex set-up:

Note: If you have an existing Webex App on your device, log out and log in to the new Webex account with the following steps:

1. Enter your Webex e-mail address.
2. Enter User Name and Password of your IBC account.

Click submit to start using Webex for IBC.
