  1. What is included with Business VIP 60 cellular plan?
    Unlimited Canada-wide data (after 20 GB, speed reduced to 2 Mbps)
    Unlimited calling in Canada to Canada & the U.S.
    Unlimited text/pic messaging in Canada & the U.S.

  2. I have not set-up Webex for IBC. How do I set it up?
    You would have received an email from your IBC administrator or SaskTel with information on how to set up your Webex account for IBC. If you cannot find those emails, please follow the steps below to set up your Webex account:
    1. Click on this activation link.
    2. Enter your IBC user ID and IBC password and click submit.
      1. Reminder: your IBC user ID is your 10 digit phone number with @ibc.sasktel.com (i.e. 3065551234@ibc.sasktel.com).
      2. If you cannot remember your IBC password, please contact your IBC administrator for a password reset.
    3. On the next screen, enter your email address.
    4. You will receive a confirmation email. Please click “Join Now” in the email and follow the set-up instructions on the screen.
    5. Download the relevant application based on your device and sign in with your IBC with Webex credentials.

  3. Will there be any changes to combined voicemail?
    No. There will be no change to combined voicemail.

  4. Can I choose another wireless plan instead of Business VIP 60?
    Yes, you can. Except, you will not get the benefit of the monthly rate of $60 less the $5 discount”
