Customer Support Centre

Service Technician (Technical Support Centre)

You’ll receive and resolve customer complaints and issues by analyzing, testing, repairing, escalating, and using different data applications. You’ll create trouble tickets to document all reported issues and be responsible for providing a high level of customer service.

Education and experience required:
  • Diploma/Certificate in computer networking OR Certificate in Business Administration (with computer science classes) OR knowledge of internet/networking support, typically gained with 3 years related experience.

Service Representative (Sales/Service)

You’ll represent us in all types of customer interactions. You’ll determine our customers’ needs and requirements, recommend solutions, sell products and services, and handle public inquiries. You’ll also complete internal work and procedures to ensure the customer’s requirements are met or exceeded.

Education and experience required:
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
