Trunking and Switching Technician
You'll deliver high-quality customer service by installing, analyzing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in transport, IP core and access, digital switch, wireless, and networks. You'll partner and interact with internal and external customers to ensure top-quality service.
- Minimum 2-year Certificate in Electronics or Computer Science OR Grade 12 with level 30 Math and 3 years related experience.
Customer Service Technician
You'll provide high quality customer service by installing, maintaining, repairing and removing customer premises equipment and outside plant facilities. You'll also perform related duties.
- Level 30 math
- Working knowledge of electricity, electronics, and theory of transmission or completion of Basic Electricity, Electronics, and Transmission coursework.
Field Service Technician
You'll provide high quality face-to-face customer service through the installation, analysis, coordination, maintenance, testing, repair, and removal of customer premise equipment, outside plant facilities, and critical infrastructure equipment. You'll partner and interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely service. You'll communicate and deliver the company's products and services to our customers and partners. You'll also performs related duties.
- Two-year Technical Institute Diploma in a relevant field of study such as telecommunications, electronics, communications engineering, computer science or computer networking OR a One-year Certificate (in relevant field of study listed above) with 1 year of related experience OR Grade 12 with Level 30 Math and 2 years of related experience.
