Accessibility Plan
We're committed to customer service excellence and supporting the Government of Canada’s Accessible Canada Act (ACA). For details about the actions we plan to take to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility, see our Accessibility Plan and annual Progress Report (PDF).
Wireless 30-day trial
Customers who have a self-declared accessibility need are eligible for a wireless 30-day trial period on any new device activation and will have the full amount of voice, text and/or data included with their plan to use during their extended trial period. To qualify, you must fill out an Accessibility Self-declaration form (PDF).
maxTV 30-day trial
Customers who have a self-declared accessibility need can get a maxTV 30-day trial. During this trial, customers can cancel their maxTV service if it does not suit their accessibility needs and receive a full refund. To qualify, you must self-declare by calling 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835).
Internet 30-day trial
Customers who have a self-declared accessibility need get a 30-day trial period with a 2-year Internet contract. During this trial period, customers can cancel their contracted Internet service and early cancellation fees will be waived. To qualify, you must self-declare by calling 1.800.SASKTEL (1.800.727.5835).
