On July 3, 2024, our Spain, Italy, France, and Germany noSTRINGS pay-per-use rates will change to Roam & Relax Daily (pay-per-day) rates. The following new rates will apply when using  your noSTRINGS Prepaid device in these countries.

• Data Daily Rate - $10/day for 500 MB of data
• Calling Daily Rate - $3/day for unlimited calling to Canada, the U.S., and the international country you're in (Spain, Italy, France, or Germany).
• Text Messaging Daily Rate - $2/day for unlimited messaging to Canada, the U.S., and the international country you're in (Spain, Italy, France, or Germany).

When you enter a country, we'll send you a text to let you know the roaming rates.

How the daily rate works

When roaming within Spain, Italy, France, and Germany, you'll automatically have access to Roam & Relax Daily rates.

Data

• If you don't use any data, you won't be charged for that day.
• If you use data, you'll be charged $10 for 500 MB.
• You have 24 hours to use the data bucket. If you go over the data bucket within 24 hours, you'll receive a text notification and you'll be charged another $10 and your 24-hour period will reset.
• You can use the 500 MB of data while travelling in the following countries within your 24-hour period: Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Calling

• If you don't make any calls or send any text messages (SMS), you won't be charged that day.
• If you make a call, you'll be charged $3 for unlimited calls to Canada, the U.S., and the international country you're in (Spain, Italy, France, or Germany).
• You have 24 hours to use the unlimited calling. If you make a call after the 24-hour period ends, you'll be charged another $3 and a new 24-hour period will begin.
• You can use the unlimited calling while travelling in the following international countries within your 24-hour period: Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Text Messaging

• If you don't send any text messages (SMS), you won't be charged that day.
• If you send a text message, you'll be charged $2 for unlimited texts to Canada, the U.S., and the international country you're in (Spain, Italy, France, or Germany).
• You have 24 hours to use the unlimited text messaging. If you make a call or send a text message after the 24-hour period ends, you'll be charged another $2 and a new 24-hour period will begin.
• You can use the unlimited text messaging while travelling in the following international countries within your 24-hour period: Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
• Picture/video messages (MMS) are not included in daily rates. The pay-per-use rate is $0.75 per MMS message, whether the message includes an image, video, or text only. See Understanding why a text message may be charged as a picture message.
