If your claim/service request is eligible, you can choose to get your wireless device repaired instead of receiving a replacement device.

The closest authorized repair centre will be sent your claim information and you'll be notified of an appointment time to take in your device. The repair fee is only $100 plus applicable taxes and comes with a 90-day warranty.  

Eligibility depends on:

• Wireless Device Protection Plan
• Make/model of your device
• Type of damage/malfunction (some types of damage, for example, liquid damage, are not covered)
• Location of the nearest authorized repair centre

  • Cell Phone Repair
  • Mobile Klinik

If your phone can’t be repaired, you still have the option of getting a replacement device but you’ll need to pay the difference between the repair fee and the replacement fee.
