Alan Migneault

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Alan Migneault is a Professional Management Consultant working in the capacity of a contract Chief Executive Officer or contract Chief Financial Officer with his clients across Western Canada. In addition, Alan and his partner, own and operate numerous Franchise restaurant locations across Saskatchewan for two major North American based restaurant brands. Working with his clients, Alan focuses on preparing businesses for succession to new owners or to improve their businesses through operational or financial restructuring, acquisitions, or divestitures. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation, Alan started his career working with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an auditor, and later transitioned to consulting where he was leading the technology and risk management practice in Western Canada.

Alan’s work experience spans a number of industries, including the quick service restaurant industry, the mining industry, manufacturing, Canadian banking industry, economic development, and the transportation industry.

Alan is a passionate supporter of the business through various associations. He completed the Directors Education Program (ICD.D.) through the Institute of Corporate Directors, and holds several Board Director and Committee positions in industry and community-based associations.
